A Dutch national, Cyril is responsible for ECA's clients in the Netherlands and Germany. His experience includes advising major multinational companies on current international HR practice and assisting clients with the management of international assignments, including data briefing, project management and implementation of ECA’s software solutions. Cyril also co-presents ECA’s International HR Practitioner training course and regularly speaks at events and panels.
